Automatic Linear vial washing machine: It is used to wash liquid bottles on ss wires conveyor. As per requirement additionally tanks and pumps can be added easily. Mainly machine washes round glass vials. Machine parts are made up from SS 316.Models like DVWT-80, DVWT-100, DVWT-120, DVWT-200 are available in linear vial washing machine.

Rotary vial washing machine: Rotary vial washing machines do the function to wash internal and external surface of vials in continuous motion. Washing sequence van be changed as per needs. Mainly, it consists of three air washes & three water washers. Machine parts are made from SS 304. Output of machine washer is 240 vials per minute.

• Entire frame covers are made from SS304
• It contains 3 pumps &3 tanks having a capacity of 25 liters each.

 Semi-automatic multi-jet vial washing machine:

Here, in this machine each vial is arranged in trays. Clear view of washing events can be seen easily with the help of acrylic top cover. All washing media parts are made of HDPE or Polycarbonate.
